Het is gericht op het stimuleren van de ontwikkeling van zowel het individu als de groep in zijn geheel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Het type bedrijf dat dit organisatiemodel op basis van <b>zelfmanagement<\/b> hanteert, staat bekend als een blauwgroene of &#8220;teal\u201d bedrijf. Flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen zijn essentieel in een VUCA-omgeving.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">\u201c<b>Wholeness\u201d<\/b>, wat verwijst naar de erkenning dat een werknemer een leven heeft buiten het werk, en dus ook priv\u00e9verplichtingen. Empathie en acceptatie zijn hierbij essentieel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><b>Zelfmanagement<\/b>, wat inhoudt dat iedereen verantwoordelijk is voor het managen van zijn\/haar eigen taken, werkdruk en verplichtingen. Geen &#8216;baas&#8217; of &#8216;N+1&#8217; als zodanig: gewoon natuurlijk leiderschap op basis van anci\u00ebnniteit en ervaring. Iedereen kan een project starten. Overleg met iemand die op een bepaald gebied meer expertise heeft dan jij, is echter fundamenteel.
