We were looking for a solution that gives our customers the opportunity to pay immediately when they receive their invoices. Payment QR codes and pay buttons are demandé requested by our customers, therefore we wanted to offer these options.
Of course in our B2B market we know that this won’t be used for all types of customers. Big companies have their own approval and payment processes but for small and medium companies this brings definitely added-value. Simplification for them to pay, simplification for our accounting department, it’s a win-win.
It was important for us that the integration of the QR payment code could be done quickly and efficiently in our invoicing software. Therefore the collaboration with Cogenius (our IT partner) was very important. We chose Digiteal because of their approach, vision and support.
