Reprobel, a Belgian organisation specialising in reprography rights management, issues between 80,000 and 90,000 invoices every year (a significant number of which are sent to public administrations).

With new regulations approaching, Reprobel wanted to prepare early for the mandatory B2B e-invoicing via Peppol (starting January 2026), while also automating the sending of invoices to Belgian public entities via the Mercurius platform.

Challenges

Before working with Digiteal, Reprobel’s teams had to manually encode their B2G invoices into Mercurius, a time-consuming and inefficient task.
