As part of a collaboration with MCG, a company active in cybersecurity, Expert-IT was asked to integrate structured e-invoicing into a lightweight ERP developed specifically for this client. Regulatory compliance became urgent due to the mandatory use of Peppol for B2G (Business-to-Government) e-invoicing, and increasingly important with the upcoming B2B (Business-to-Business) requirements planned for 2026.

Challenges

Expert-IT needed to solve two key issues:

2Ensure full compliance for MCG, both for current B2G requirements (via the Mercurius platform) and upcoming B2B mandates (via the Peppol network)
